The first India-UK co-produced feature film set in Kerala is slated for release this October. Shot over two schedules on locations in any round Kovalam, Trivandrum and Alleppey, the film has mix of cast from India and UK.
The story unfolds through Linda, a university student who travels to Kerala for her study on tourism along with her boyfriend Krishna Srinivas alias Kris, son of South Indian Brahmin settled in UK and his English wife.
As the story moves forward, a hot of characters-Jenniffer (Madamma Amma), Devu (Her adopted Daughter), Sasi (the orphan boy), Fabian (the pedophile tourist), Madhava Menon (Gandhian). Gowtham (his tour guide son) and others, lent colour and soul to the film’s narrative.
Produced by SS Bhattal and Dolly Kular for Naithik Vision, India and MI Global Media, Ltd, UK, the English film is scripted and directed by Sunil K Bhaskar. The principle cast includes Leanna Wiggeinton, Akash Deep, Fabian K, Jane Jolin, Ann Smith and Sopanam Sreekumar.
