Restrictions

Unauthorized, unlawful and unethical use of the Cinemalayalam is strictly prohibited.

All information or "content" on Cinemalayalam (including text, images, audio and video) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The content is solely owned by Cinemalayalam and/or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, publishing or alteration is not permitted, unless given prior consent.

The role of Cinemalayalam

Cinemalayalam functions as a venue to connect Recruiters and Career seeker (actors/actresses, job seekers etc.) of the Malayalam cinema industry in a virtual job exchange. As a neutral facilitator, Cinemalayalam is not directly involved in the actual transactions between the members of the system. As a result, Cinemalayalam has no control over the truth, accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of postings made by members, being applicable to both recruiters and career seekers. Cinemalayalam cannot and does not confirm the identity of users. Cinemalayalam does not confirm nor verify the qualifications, background, or abilities of members (career seekers), but confirms the credibility,legitimacy and genuinity of the Recruiters (Premium members as referred to as on the website).
Cinemalayalam is no way responsible and cannot be held liable for the consequences of the member conduct and communication within the website and outside. Cinemalayalam will not refund the subscription fees for this or any other reasons.

User accounts and data

As the user, you are also responsible for the information stored in your account. Cinemalayalam is not responsible for the loss of your account information no matter what the reason. In addition, you agree that Cinemalayalam may communicate with you over email. In case of account or data loss due to technical, human or natural reason, if in paid subscription period, Cinemalayalam will restore the account. Cinemalayalam assures that your email address will not be shared with any 3rd party.

User Conduct

As the user, you take the sole responsibility of your actions, that is, upload, storage and download of data. You agree to abide all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations in connection with Cinemalayalam. You agree not to use Cinemalayalam for any unlawful purposes like sending unsolicited or junk mails, storage or transfer of possible objectionably, prohitibited, illegal or restricted data. Any material that violates local, state, national or international laws may constitute legal actions against the user. Transfer of copyrighted content (text content, images etc.) may lead to the termination of your account and legal actions.

Termination

Cinemalayalam reserves the right to terminate any services within, your account or the use of Cinemalayalam service and delete any data with Cinemalayalam if you violate the terms and conditions or any other reason. Cinemalayalam holds the right to delete your uploaded/copied data without any prior notice.

Cinemalayalam is in no way responsible for the loss of any of the user data, i.e, the user account information or files. Under no circumstances will Cinemalayalam be held responsible for any loss of user data no matter what the reasons. By signing up with Cinemalayalam, as the user you agree that you forfeit the right to hold Cinemalayalam responsible for any and all technical errors, including loss of user data. You agree to indemnify and hold Cinemalayalam harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs) resulting from or in connection with your use of Cinemalayalam services or breach of this Agreement. By becoming a Cinemalayalam user, you agree to oblige and abide to the above mentioned terms and conditions.

Cinemalayalam reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time.
